New ADUS and additions to maximize the housing density while enhancing existing amenities of pool and garden. The design uses biomorphic principles of mimicking loosely the desert flora, that sometimes pop up unexpectedly and with delight, like a cactus with near anthropomorphic figures. The whimsical Heduk-inspired towers render the interior of the ADUS more spacious, with airy living rooms and additional light sources of the clerestory windows. The site is just 2 miles form the new Disney lagoon housing neighborhood.
